3. Call with Astrologer FEATURE:

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, we are using third party API to connect the call between customer and astrologer, even though it is on DND.

Other than the guidance and advice you receive directly from your licensed Provider, the educational, graphics, research sources and other incidental information on the Site, the Content, should not be considered medical advice. You should always talk to an appropriately qualified health care professional for diagnosis and treatment, including information regarding which medications or treatment may be appropriate for you. None of the Content represents or warrants that any particular medication or treatment is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. 5. MEMBER REGISTRATION DATA:

Upon registration, including Your provision of Registration Data, You will receive an Siddhimantra.com identification ("YOUR PHONE NUMBER ") and an OTP. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of Your Siddhimantra.com identification. You are responsible for all uses of Your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. You may change your profile by following instructions on the app. You agree that Your account, phone number, and other details may not be transferred or sold to another party. You agree to immediately notify Siddhimantra.com of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security known to You.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Refunds cannot be issued on the order of any reports under any circumstances, once it reaches the "processing" (Allocated to astrologer) stage. Customers are requested to order carefully and with full consideration.
2. If you wish to cancel an order, please e-mail the customer care team at the support@Siddhimantra.com.in within 1 hour from making the payment.
3. The timelines displayed on the site are approximate. We try to adhere to them to a very large extent. However, as these reports are individual and manually generated by our astrologers, some delays are possible. We will try on a best case to deliver as soon as possible. Delays will not be considered as biases for refunds.
